Dr.Rapp attended Indiana University School of Dentistry and completed his education in Orthodontics at Albert Einstein Montefior Medical Center in 1985. Dr.Rapp and Dr.Davis formed Associated Orthodontists of Indiana in 1992. His memberships include the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Indiana Dental Association, the Indiana Association of Orthodontists and the Indianapolis District Dental Society.
